Aunt Christen

I have been meaning to post these two movies of Logan, he received a rather large box of gifts from his Aunt Christen in Massachusetts. Thank you Christen and Greg for your love and kindness to our son (As you will see in the video, the gifts just keep on coming.)

Sledding for Jared's B-Day

We went sledding for the first time last Saturday for Jared's B-Day. Jared is Logan's cousin he just turned 6 and is one of Logan's Favorite people in the world. Logan was a fearless little kid, as soon as we got there he watched his cousin Mavin go down the hill, and as soon as he figured out what he was supposed to do he grabbed a sled and was gone. After sledding we went back to Roy & Diane's for Pizza and Cupcakes. Happy B-day Jared.

A Belated Birthday Party.

We had a little get together tonight for Logan's 2nd Birthday. We had cupcakes and Ice Cream cake from Coldstone. Logan got Tonka Trucks, ABC magnets, gift cards to Build a Bear, Money for College, Monkey Towel and Washcloth, and lots of attention. Raquel and I want to thank everyone who came and everybody who loves our little guy so much.
Peace.

Who's Two?

Logan officially turned two today, although he entered his terrible two's about 9 months ago. Logan and I had fun tonight, we went to Macdonald's for dinner and then we went shopping to find a Tonka truck for Logan. We ended up finding a police Hummer at the local Costco (Pictures are attached). Logan is sleeping with his new truck in his crib, he did not want to let it go.
Here is some video of Logan also, nothing special,(except for the fact that Logan does say Daddy if you listen closely.) I am just trying to figure out how all of this blog stuff works.

Some old pictures from Idaho.

I didn't realize that these pictures were on my computer but since I just found them here they are for your viewing pleasure.

Turkey Shootout

Alright Blog Fans it is time for my six month update. Here are some pictures from the turkey shootout that we played in last Saturday. The weather was 60 degrees and sunny which is very nice considering it was the middle of November.
We played a four man scramble and shot a 58 which is 14 under, the winning team came in at 53.
I played with Orlando, Kirk, and John.
There are some accompanying pictures, so enjoy!

California

It has been a while since I last posted, I started school again on Monday so I have class on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday night so I will keep posting as often as possible.
I returned from California on Sunday night, I was down there with my brother Matt, we played the east course on friday morning at Breamar Country Club where Matt is the course superintendant. We then played at Wood Ranch Country Club on Friday afternoon. We played the west course at Breamar on Saturday morning, and then we played La Costa on Sunday.
Matt and Liz were wonderfull hosts and it was nice to get away for a couple of days even though I missed Raquel and Logan. Hera are some pictures from the trip so enjoy.

Roger Waters Preparation

I had dinner with some friends tonight, we are preparing for our trip to Las Vegas to see Roger Waters on June 16th. For those of you who don't know Roger Waters is one of the founding members of Pink Floyd (This may be as close to a Pink Floyd concert as we will ever get.) The second set of his show is supposed to be a complete replay of Dark Side of the Moon, we are all excited plus it is a good chance to hang out and go on a little road trip. Mothers day is this Sunday, I think that means that people will get to talk to James, hopefully somebody can talk some sense into the kid, fighting with drunk people in Zambia all day long is probably not the smartest thing to be doing.

Rainy Days and Mondays get me down

Hello,
I know that I stole that line from some old CD that Dad would listen to, but, here it is Saturday morning and for once I don't have homework or class yet I am stuck writing on my blog instead of playing golf. I am hoping that it will clear up a little later on so I can at least hit some range balls. (I have to prepare myself for the golf marathon that Matt and I will be participating in this coming weekend.) Matt and I are planning on playing 108 holes of golf in about a 72 hour period. This is what I call a true vacation. (Thanks Matt for setting up all of the golf.) Hope that everyone is doing well, and for all of those adoring fans (a.k.a My Sisters) I will have some pictures from the trip next week.

Wasatch Mountain Lake Course

I am officially a Ranger Rick, I hit balls perfectly all week long on the range and then when I get on the course it all falls apart. I hit the Lake Course at Wasatch Mountain yesterday with Orlando and Kirk It started out perfect, I chipped in from just off the back of the green for birdie on the first hole and ended up shooting 4 over on the front. The back nine was not nealry as much fun I ended up 5 over and considered giving up golf for the last two holes. On a lighter note, Logan loves to go to the driving range with me, we bought him a little 5 iron so that he can hit balls. The best thing about Logan is that everything is golf now, he swings everything like it is a golf club. He loves to watch the European Tour on the golf channel when we get up at 6:30 a.m on Saturday's and Sunday's.

Starting Up

Hello,
This is my first post ever so I will keep it short, I thought I should get in touch with the future of communication. ( I am still working on text messaging) I plan on having my blog on the Top 10 list's soon so everyone keep checking it out. Actually, between MBA at the U of U, work, and family I hope to update as frequently as possible.
